Placement Results 2023-24 Unveiled by CS Machogu. On July 21, 2023, Professor Ezekiel Machogu, the Cabinet Secretary for Education, said that the process of enrolling government-sponsored students in universities and colleges for the 2023–2024 academic year had been successfully completed.
At the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) in Nairobi, Prof. Ezekiel gave a press conference and discussed the highlights of how candidates for the KCSE exam and applicants from prior KCSE years were placed in higher education institutions. These applicants and students are from the KCSE examinations in 2022.

Education CS, Ezekiel requested that educational institutions get in touch with their specific students, provide them with joining instructions, and hasten the start of their academic journey given that the majority of universities have continued with online learning throughout the summer break.

The Chairman of the Placement Board, Mr. Joe Ager, noted in his remarks at the media conference that the Placement Service had put in place policies, structures, and quality assurance methods to ensure that the placement processes are, above all else, effective and efficient.
