83 KMTC Verified Courses Available for Application
83 KMTC Verified Courses Available for Application. Students who aspire to enroll at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) can now submit an application through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) portal.
On Saturday, the KUCCPS portal opened up for applications to 30 KMTC diploma and certificate programs.
Anyone who passes the KCSE exam between 2013 and 2022 is eligible to apply, which has a deadline of August 4, 2023.
In the words of Dr. Agnes Mercy Wahome, chief executive officer of KUCCPS, “This is a milestone because KMTC and KUCCPS have a common objective to enhance access to quality higher education and training opportunities in a manner that is equitable to all Kenyans.”

Wahome went on to remark that making the KMTC courses available through the KUCCPS platform will offer everyone access to training opportunities in a fair and equitable manner.
One advantage of using the KUCCPS system is that it provides a database of KCSE exam results for potential applicants. Therefore, it is no longer necessary for applicants to submit their test results.
The list of programs offered at the 83 KMTC sites across the country, together with the minimum subject requirements, are available on the KUCCPS Student Portal for interested candidates to review.
With the inclusion of KMTC, there are now 289 state training facilities and 30 private universities in Kenya where the Placement Service places students in degree, diploma, certificate, and artisan programs.
