The Board has decided to directly recruit all teachers working as interns in permanent and pensionable (PnP) terms service. Therefore, no experience is required for this teacher.
A large number of job forms for P&P deals directly with prospective teachers.
For those working in secondary schools, they will be assigned to teach in secondary schools in the county where they are currently working after employment.
In terms of dealing with teachers working in primary schools, they may be retained at their current station or may be transferred to any primary school in need of service in the district or region they are currently serving.
County Directors must prepare a list of all interns currently on payroll and working in non-P&P counties. These teachers must fill out an application form and offer a letter of employment before their child starts working.
A file copy of the offer of employment letter and application for employment form and relevant attachments are sent to the TSC headquarters in accordance with the recruitment roadmap.
Offer of employment and offer of internship letters
Processing job offers and submitting experience letters is done at the district level. The TSC District Manager will sign the Offer letter and send a copy of the file and other recruitment documents. Letter of offer for the service of trainee teachers who are converted to permanent and retired service conditions will not have folio (eg TSC/111111), Folio 2 (eg TSC/111111/2) for those who have never served on commission, two copies of the Letter of Offer must be present. signed.
A copy will be sent to the teacher by the TSC district director (where the teacher will be posted). The second copy is submitted with other business documents to be filed at the head office. The TSC District Director and the TSC District Director should copy the letter for their files. A cover letter and cover letter template will be provided. Make sure that each candidate fills out only one application or receives only one letter of experience to apply for a job.
Presenting business letters is provided on special paper. Special papers are given to sub-district officers for practice. Be careful not to waste due to limited resources. Templates for cover letters, internship cover letters and internship agreements will be shared later.
