Government Advertises 341 Job Vacancies in Public Service Commission (PSC). The Public Service Commission (PSC) published a list of available vacancies on Tuesday, May 30, for job seekers around the country.
Up to 341 available positions in various departments are being announced in a statement by PSC.
Some of the positions that were advertised included Director of Accounting Services, Assistant Director of Probation and Aftercare, Assistant Director of Assets Management, Secretary of Regional & Northern Corridor Development, Director of Internal Tade, and Director of Tourism, Development, and Promotion.
The advertised posts were broken down into various groups, with individuals in the job grade CSG 4 earning up to Ksh432,430 in total remuneration, benefits included.
A monthly salary of Ksh197,800 plus benefits is available to employees in job grade CSG 5, Ksh169,140 plus benefits for CSG 6, and Ksh119,730 plus benefits for CSG 7.
Among the ministries and departments with open positions are the State Department of Correctional Services, the State Department for Internal Security & National Administration, the State Department for National Treasury and Economic Planning, the State Department for Transport, the State Department for Trade, the State Department for Culture and Heritage, the State Department for Tourism, the State Department for Wildlife, the State Department for Labour & Skills Development, and the State Department for ASAls.

Interested and qualified candidates must submit online applications through the commission’s website, www.publicservice.go.ke, or the jobs portal, www.psckjobs.go.ke.
Users should select the icon for the open openings on the website to travel to the job pages and select their preferred position before submitting an application.
In the meanwhile, job seekers should enter into their accounts on the jobs portal, then on the left click on the ‘Applicant Section’ to choose the position they are seeking.
Candidates get access to the platform to review their progress and previously submitted jobs.
It is advised that applicants update their profiles with the most recent credentials to increase their chances of selection.
The applicants must also submit their national identity cards, curriculum vitae, and references.
All applications must be submitted by June 19, 2023, at 5 p.m.
