How To Navigate The KUCCPS Portal To Apply For University Courses. Last week, the Kenya Central Universities and Colleges Placement Service (KUCCPS) launched a portal for the KCSE 2023 cohort to choose their courses and universities.

The placement service has since published a tutorial to help parents and children use the platform and submit their applications.

Searching for “KUCCPS Student Portal” in the search engine and selecting “Student Login” will take you to the student portal on the KUCCPS website where you can apply for a placement.

Subsequently, the candidate has to enter their KCSE index number, year of examination and password which can be either KCPE index number or social security number. If none of these work, the candidate should contact KUCCPS.

They can explore materials for KMTC programs, degrees, diplomas, certificates and craft programs by clicking the “Program Lists” button after logging in.

Then click on the selected software and a separate PDF copy of the document will be downloaded.

Program codes, previous cut-off points, available programs and other relevant data are included in the PDF document. The program codes for the courses the applicant plans to apply for should be noted.

Goes back to the portal and selects “Applications/Revisions” to view the forms that need to be filled out to submit the codes at each level.

After entering the code in the appropriate form, the student should click the Submit button. The system will then show whether or not the student has met the minimum requirements.

The applicant will follow the payment instructions that appear in the pop-up window.

After completing the payment, the system will announce the success of the application.
