The Teachers Service Group (TSC) has introduced a new payment system for teachers. Now, teachers can check TSC online payment by clicking on the following link: https://tpay.tsc.go.ke/. To access the old T-Pay system at payslip.tsc.go.ke, you must enter your TSC number and password.
Best of all, if you forget your password, you can quickly reset it.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR TSC ONLINE PAYMENT AND VISIT THE NEW T-PAY PORTAL
You must be a certified teacher to access your online payment. Initially, you can register online, but until then you must apply in person at the TSC district office. You can access your T-Pay account using only your TSC number and password.
Through the T-Pay system, you can review your payment, P9 form and other important business information. To help with the loan process, teachers can use the system to send the latest payment rates to more than 30 organizations including banks and Saccos.
When using the TSC T-Pay portal, you can:
- View your installment payments,
- Get the P9 form to submit your KRA documents.
- Send your installment payments to financial institutions (banks and SACCOs);
- View third-party transactions and
Change your Payslips password.
ADDED NEW MENU TO T-PAY PORTAL.
The Commission has added a new menu for the T-Pay interface. A new menu item called “My Documents” has been introduced to the advanced payment page.
The new and user-friendly T-Pay menu offers the following menu items:
- Send Payslips
- View P9
- View Payslips
- Transaction
- My document
Instructions for Downloading TSC Payslips Online
After you enter the new T-Pay system, you may need to save a copy of your payment. Click the “Recent Payments” button to view the most recent payment records (four monthly payments are displayed). Then, take a screenshot of your checkout to save a copy. Similarly, select the ‘Print’ tab at the bottom of the checkout page.
You can also search for prepaid payments using the ‘Search T-Pay Menu Items’ option. Then click on the “Show Payments” sub-menu.
You can now easily find your P9 from three years ago using the “View P9” submenu.

To reset your password, click the “Forgot Password” link.
Required Fill in the required information (TSC number, password, phone number, email address and confidential question) all must be entered.
Then select “Reset Password”.
Change your TSC T-Pay password.

Do not share your TSC Payslip password with anyone. Due to paying third party deductions (insurance and loans) you are not aware.

Pay As You Earn (PAYE) Automatic: regular salary deductions
MPR, or monthly personal allowance, total.
Contribution to the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF); Salary deductions must affect all government employees.
Your TSC number is also known as your personal file number or PF number.
RoD: This is the day you reach retirement age.
Your job title is your designation, such as Middle School Teacher II.
Your national ID number is your identity number.
