Request to Extend Mid-Term Dates 2023. In every term the Ministry of Education has set mid term dates in the school calendar.

On the aforementioned subject, please see the letter from the National Chairman of the Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association dated March 26, 2023.

The letter mentions that the dates of the KESSHA 46th Annual National Conference fall on the same week as the current midterm dates for the second term.

The National KESSHA Conference is a significant occasion that enables school administrators to reflect on and exchange experiences in managing schools, according to the Ministry. As a result, June 27 to July 1, 2023 will now be the midterm dates for SECOND TERM YEAR 2023.

It is expected of all school administrators to be aware of and follow the new dates.
