Schools have one month to implement postage fees, per MoE
Schools have one month to implement postage fees, per MoE. All national schools with outstanding post office balances have been ordered by the Ministry of Education to make sure they are paid using the authorized money.
In a circular distributed to all county education directors, Belio Kipsang, the principal secretary for education, noted that refusal to pay for the post boxes is improper and represents financial indiscipline. Paul Kibet, the director of secondary education, wrote this.
I’m asking you all to make sure that schools that have responsibilities to the postal corporation that have not been paid are responsible for doing so immediately and within a month, said Kibet.

Kibet claims that the mail corporation informed them that there are still unpaid mail box bills at schools around the country.
Aside from that, the Ministry advised schools against giving the boxes all at once, citing the fact that each educational institution is given a specific amount of resources.
He advised those who share postal box numbers to plan on applying for boxes during the same one-month window.
