Payroll Changes Made by TSC
The Allocation System for Unified Payroll Numbers (UPN) mandates that each public employee receive a special, permanent identifying number.
Starting in March 2023, the teachers’ employer, TSC, will choose to give each of its payroll employees, including the highly regarded teachers, a unique UPN number.
Under the Teachers T-Pay System, every employee’s pay slip or teacher’s payroll features a unique set of identifiers.These include the TSC number (employee number) and UPN number (payroll number).
