The Teacher Services Group has introduced online transfer applications by teachers, thereby eliminating the manual submission of transfers.
TSC has now digitized the process through the TSC E-platform, thus replacing the manual application process
Here are the steps to apply online transfer;
1. Go to the TSC website (www.tsc.go.ke) and click on online services and select teacher transfer.
2. Enter your personal details, TSC number, ID number, mobile number and login.
3. An authorization code will be sent to your mobile phone.
4. Enter the authorization code and click the login button.
When the login is successful, the system will display your complete information and station.
5. Click send request to send
Enter all the details, tick the comment box and click OK, the system will display the current station and required district.
Click the File attachment button (s) to add supporting documents if needed for security or medical reasons.
You can also edit, withdraw or print the transfer request.
Browse to select the document to add.
Enter your notes.
Check the dialog box and click OK after adding the document. Your attachment will be displayed. You can view or remove the add-on.
Click the send button.
After successful submission, the request status is Pending. The program will continue to change depending on the implementation of transfer requests.
Then after all the details are filled correctly and saved it can be used to log out.
The TSC E-platform is easy to use and takes less time compared to the manual process where the applicant has to visit the office to advance the transfer process.
With the introduction of the online application (TSC-E platform), applicants have opted for the online option instead of the manual process.
