How to Apply for TSC Number
The TSC number can be found on the TSC website by clicking on the teacheronline (dot) tsc (dot) enter (dot) ke / Regintro (dot) aspx
The application portal will ask you to upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- Your national identity card and passport if not available
- Copy of latest police clearance certificate (good conduct)
- GP 69 Medical Letter – This is a medical examination completed by a qualified doctor. In accordance with TSC guidelines, this medical letter must be completed by an approved health practitioner.
- Academic Records – The portal accepts one entry only in academic records. Candidates must merge all academic certificates into one document before uploading it on the portal.
- Kenya Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) pin certificate.
- If the name on your ID card is different from your academic credentials, an affidavit must be included. (ruler)

TSC charges a non-refundable fee of Ksh1060 for TSC numbers.
