Updated TSC Conditions before Transfer Approval
Updated TSC Conditions before Transfer Approval. The Teachers Service Commission, the teachers’ employer, has sent a statement to every teacher requesting a transfer from one station to another. According to the commission, every professor who asks a transfer must fulfill three tight criteria in order for their request to be approved.
TSC has received thousands of transfer requests. Most transfer requests have been filed by tutors who have been impacted by the delocalization policy.
They have been so long apart from their loved ones in their home countries as a result of this that it is now very tough for them to manage on their own.
Due to the increased number of instructors requesting transfers, the TSC has decided to impose requirements that teachers must fulfill.

Due to the massive influx of requests hitting its offices, the TSC has decided to introduce criteria that teachers requesting transfers must meet.
In response to a public outcry from teachers regarding the commission’s sluggish reaction to teacher transfer petitions, TSC was obligated to act and filed this. We shall emphasize the conditions that must be met in light of this in order for a teacher to shift from station A to station B.
As the government and TSC get ready to deliberate and make a decision on a delocalization policy, the commission makes its statement. One of the reasons for the planned conference was the government’s vow to end the delocalization effort.
Vice President Rigathi Gachagua announced last week that the administration and TSC would meet to discuss how teachers might be relocated to their home areas.
The commission claims that the TSC transfer instructions are still well in advance of the scheduled meeting. In a recent email, TSC stated that teachers must have worked at their current station for at least five years before they can be relocated.
The commission further stated that in order for replacement swaps to be implemented, both instructors and students must submit applications to transfer to their respective new stations. Teachers involved in swaps must teach the same combination of topics, have worked at the same station for at least five years, and demonstrate a shared interest.
In North Eastern, three years is the bare minimum working station duration for instructors. Foreign-born educators must finish five years. However, as time goes on, the rules could change in favour of those teachers who have been greatly affected due to delocalization policy.
