Esanige Mixed Technical Secondary School, Nyamira County. Upon completion of primary studies, marked by the Kenya Certificate of Primary Examination (KCPE), every child’s desire is to join a secondary school of his or her choice. Therefore, many work hard to attain the best marks to open the doors to great high schools in Kenya.
Unfortunately some from less fortunate families find it difficult to fulfill their dreams since they cant meet the fees requirements and other items required for them to join Form One.
Countrywide cases of needy but bright students is streaming as some have come to limelight asking for financial support from well wishers and government, since the parents and guardians are overwhelmed and some not able at all to fund their high school studies.
In partnership of Nakuru West Member of Parliament ,Samuel Arama, who has served since 2013 together Joash Nyamoko ,Mp North Mugirango, have come to rescue the situation.
Early this week, they made a decision to provide Full Year Scholarship to students join Form One and other Forms in Esanige Mixed Technical Secondary School.
Esanige Mixed Technical School is a Sub-County School in Nyamira County, North Mugirango Constituency, Magwagwa Ward. The school had shown depletion in the number of students due to lack of facilities and school fees, which sent an alarm to the surrounding community and government.
Parents from the local surrounding and other counties received the offer with great happiness and by Friday 10th the number of students in the compound was ballooning.
The media team from Education Highlights collected many positive remarks from many parents. Where one stated that ‘ i had lost hope of getting my son to Form One but now am full contented that he will learn as others and access the boarding facilities.
In the plan of ensuring that learning resources and facilities are available in the school, MP Arama and area MP Nyamoko, promised to channel in any other support required for the school.
Lastly, all parents are advised to ensure they provide Education to their children to create a great future for them.
