KUCCPS Online Services 2023/2024 for revision of courses. The new KUCCPS online Revision of Courses for Placement procedure is as follows: Students will use the KUCCPs portal to apply to programs at universities, colleges, and TVET.
1: ACCESSING THE PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR 2023
According to the data provided to KNEC, the student should enter their index number, the year they took the KCSE exam, and their birth certificate number.
The student should use their KCPE index number as the password in the event that the birth certificate number was not provided during registration.
1. Go to PROGRAMMES & COURSES by clicking.
You can access a certain program by clicking on the group it belongs to, such as education, to access that particular course.
Click on the particular programme that you want to pursue i.e. if it is Bachelor of Education (Sciences), click on it.
For programs you’re interested in, write down the 7-digit program codes so you can fill them out later.
STEP 2: PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE
You MUST pay the appropriate cash using Mpesa on your mobile phone in accordance with the guidelines below in order to access the Programme Application Form.
- Go to M-PESA on your phone
- Select the Pay Bill option
- Enter Business no. 820201
- Enter KCSE Examination year followed by 11 Digit INDEX NO e.g.201601234567891 as your account number
- Enter the Amount
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send
Step 3: Applying for or revising programs/courses
To finish your application/revision, use the following link: Programme Application
For the updated program selections that you recorded and saved, enter the program codes.
If you have correctly filled out the form, your selections will be shown. Correct any problems you see that are highlighted in red before saving.
STEP 4: Last Procedure
When you have finished the application procedure, you MUST log out. This is important so as to keep your application information safe.
