1. The new basic pay structure for seniors in grade D4 will start at 118,242 Kenyan Shillings.

– Hardship Allowance: Teachers in this class will receive a Hardship Allowance of 31,500 Kenyan Shillings to offer financial relief and motivation to teachers facing hardships associated with certain positions.

– Commuting Allowance: Teachers in this class will receive a commuting allowance of 14,000 Kenyan Shillings to cover expenses incurred in traveling to and from their duty stations.

– Annual Leave Allowance: Teachers in this class receive an annual leave allowance of 10,000 Kenyan Shillings in recognition of the hard work and dedication they invest throughout the year.
