Kenya’s Taita, 28 January Near Voi town in Taita Taveta County, a Tahmeed Bus Company bus traveling from Nairobi to Mombasa caught fire.
All 42 of the bus’s passengers, according to police reports, managed to leave the vehicle safely.
When the County Government of Taifa Fire vehicle got there, it was able to douse the fire.
No casualties were recorded following the incident, which happened at around 4:30 p.m., according to Voi Sub-County Police Commander Bernastein Shari.
In 2018, a Mombasa-bound Tahmeed bus caught fire in Manyani, Taita Taveta County, but at least 41 passengers managed to escape unharmed.
